Tucked away behind Swindon College, close to the town centre, the Beehive is a centre for local arts, music and heavy drinking. A cultural Oasis in the desert of the Swindon scene, the Beehive holds host to a variety of entertainment and events.The Beehive regulars are a mixed up sort of bunch ranging from suits to students, bikers to babes, lawyers to layabouts, 18's to 80's. The Pub is owned by Greene King and is operated on a traditional tenancy basis. Landlord Andy Marcer has run the pub since 1992, although he's been drinking there for much longer.
